Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Refunds are not offered for reasons of personal preference (e.g., if you simply do not like the product). Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or fall within the criteria below.

Please also note: Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates, not guarantees. While we always aim to deliver orders within our stated shipping timeframe, delivery dates may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume (such as holidays). Delays caused by carriers do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or return once the item has been successfully delivered.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Timeframes & Delays

Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–15 business days. During peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, or major promotional events, carriers may experience congestion that can result in minor delays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and package placement are handled entirely by the carrier. Successful delivery within or near the stated timeframe—including delivery after a holiday or specific event—does not qualify an order for cancellation, return, or full refund.

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Additionally, items purchased for a specific date, event, or holiday (including Christmas or birthdays) are not eligible for return or refund due to delivery timing, provided the item has been successfully delivered.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items or gift cards (non-returnable and non-refundable)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This cooling-off period applies only to orders shipped into European Union member countries and does not apply to orders delivered to non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override our return and refund policy, and disputes submitted for delivered orders may be contested with supporting evidence.
